Merryn danced across the blue ocean of sky, her tinkling laughter falling like sweet rain. Her blue-stained toes splashed in puddles of bright cerulean. She trailed her fingers through drifts of sapphire, swooping and soaring on soft swallow wings. A dark stain of cloud threatened on the horizon, causing a pout to pinch her rosy lips. How dare they try to cover up the most glorious colour of creation and spoil her day. With a tiny "humph", Merryn turned her back to the killjoy cloud, determined to catch as much Sky-Colour as she could before sunset.
